The National Team Program is designed to enhance the National Multiple Sclerosis Society's relationships with top companies and organizations.

Participating as a part of a national team positions your company or organization as a leader in your community and gives you a way to connect with colleagues from across the country while increasing your fundraising impact.

With more than 40 companies and organizations participating in the Society's National Team Program annually, you're in good company. National Teams participate in one or all of the National MS Society’s team events such as Bike MS®, Walk MS®, Challenge Walk MS®, and Climb to the Top.

Under the leadership of a National Team Captain and Executive Sponsor, these teams demonstrate an elevated commitment to the mission with 5+ teams participating throughout the country raising more than $50,000.

Team in Motion collage


Established in 2007, Team in Motion is a group of Society employees, along with their friends and families, who embody their dedication to our mission by actively participating in fundraising events nationwide. By engaging with Team in Motion, Society employees exemplify the Society’s cultural values to “lead through inspiration, collaboration, influence and a relentless resolve,” all while having fun and fostering solidarity. In 2023 alone, a total of 86 Team in Motion teams actively engaged in events nationwide, mobilizing over 805 team members and collectively raising over $658,000.

Reflecting on the team, the Society’s EVP of Development and team executive sponsor, Jennifer Lee, remarked, “United in purpose, Team in Motion embodies the shared spirit of Society colleagues, translating passion into tangible impact. Our committed employees not only embrace the Society's vision but also cultivate strong bonds of camaraderie, nurturing joy and unity in the quest for a world free of MS.”
