Why should I work at the Society?

In addition to the opportunity to work alongside passionate colleagues making a difference in the lives of those impacted by MS, we offer a comprehensive benefits program, generous paid time off and family leave policies, a culture that fosters innovation and encourages professional development, a flexible environment to promote work/life balance, and policies and practices that demonstrate the Society’s commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion.

Do you have flexible or remote work arrangements?

Yes. The Society is committed to work arrangements that allow for flexibility, predictability and accountability for Society staff. Employees may designate their primary workspace as a Society office or home office. Staff members will continue to support local events and programs and attend in-person meetings in the office or at other locations, as necessary.
